Refund Policy

Our products are handmade, inspected, and shipped after full quality verification. To maintain transparency and fairness:

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
1. The item was significantly damaged during transit.
2. The wrong product was delivered.
3. The package never arrived after 60 days from shipment date.

No Refunds On
• Change of mind
• Natural leather marks, variations, or texture differences (these are normal for luxury leather)
• Delays caused by courier, customs, or international processing
• Items purchased on sale or during special offers

Return Window
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product (with photos and video proofs).

Refund Method
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Refund processing time: 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or card issuer.

Non-Receipt of Goods

If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe and tracking shows no movement, Kai Hermis LLC will initiate an internal investigation with the courier and process a refund if confirmed lost.
