Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or after business hours are processed the next business day
If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery ranges:
- Domestic shipments: 3–7 business days
- International shipments: 7–21 business days (customs clearance may add time)
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

- Selected shipping method
Certain products or orders may qualify for promotional or flat-rate shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available for your chosen shipping method). Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
5. Shipping Address Requirements

We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost packages due to address errors
- Additional fees for address corrections
If an error is detected, contact us immediately—changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
KaiHermis LLC is not responsible for issues caused by the carrier, including:
- Lost packages
- Delivery delays
- Damage during transit
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can review the case and assist with a replacement or claim.
For lost packages, we will help initiate an investigation with the carrier, but refunds cannot be issued until the carrier completes their review.
7. International Shipping
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Any additional fees required by their country
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or border agencies.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some items may not be eligible for shipping to certain locations due to:
- Carrier limitations
- Local regulations
- Product-specific restrictions
If your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you and issue a refund.
9. Failed Delivery / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Failure to pick up from the post office or carrier facility
The customer is responsible for paying re-shipment fees.
Refunds for unclaimed packages exclude original shipping costs.
